  16. In the case of an individual User, You warrant that you are at least 18 years and fully qualified therapist with the training.

  18. You are not authorized to sell our services and contents under your own brand for the direct use of your clients, also indirect use.
  19. You are not permitted to sell our service and the contents to any other salons or spa or individuals..
  20. We shall have the right to suspend Services at any time and for any reason, generally without notice.
    The necessary training will be given. The salon will be given HABIA health and beauty institute attendance approved training certificate.

  22. Without prejudice to our other rights and remedies under these Terms and Conditions, if any sum payable is not paid on or before the due date, We shall be entitled forthwith to suspend or cancel the provision of Services to you.

  25. We will request a deposit to hold the training date for the spa or salon.
  26. We may cancel the Services on 2weeks notice with full refund to the customer.
  27. No Deposit refund can be provided in the event of cancellation 2weeks before the training day.
